Funding for this event has been made possible with donations received in early 2021 in memory of Sarah Jones and set aside for a special event. BPW London was one of two not- for- profit organizations chosen by the family for donations. BPW London is truly thankful to the family for being a recipient and has chosen this event to honour an amazing, wonderful, and very inspiring woman from London.
As our world becomes increasingly fast-paced and stressful, with challenges such as political turmoil, societal negativity, and burnout, BPW London aims to provide an opportunity for community members to explore new approaches to managing stress and promoting mental wellness. This event will delve into the benefits of integrating alternative practices like Forest Therapy, Hypnosis, Yoga Nidra, Breath Work, and Art Therapy into our daily lives.
A licensed psychologist will moderate the discussion, guiding the panelists as they share their expertise on how these diverse modalities can complement traditional clinical therapy. While these practices are not a substitute for medical care, they offer valuable tools for reducing stress, enhancing emotional resilience, and supporting overall mental health.
Whether you’re new to these practices or looking for additional ways to support your mental health, this panel discussion provides an enlightening opportunity to discover alternative methods of self-care and personal growth. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies for improving well-being and cultivating a more positive mindset in a challenging world.
BPW London is excited to offer this opportunity for the community to come together, learn, and grow in support of better mental health. Let’s unite to share knowledge, discover new strategies for self-care, and work towards building a more positive, resilient community.
